I am promising myself that I will keep this blog updated.   The problem is that we didn't do all that much in January, at least not too much that was interesting.

It was cold!!  We hunkered down and stayed home unless we had to go out.  We got alot of school work done.  Figured might as well use these cold winter days to get ahead of schedule so that when that warm spring comes we won't feel guilty when we head out for a hike in the middle of the day (not that we ever really feel guilty for using life as education!).

We did have a huge snow storm, and even Chris was home from work for two extra days as his company was shut down.  The boys enjoyed the snow, and I enjoyed looking at it from inside the warm toasty house!

All three boys are doing well with school work.   Each has made improvements from the beginning of the year. 

It is starting to warm up, and least I am hoping it is!  We are all ready to get out of the house and go on some fun adventures.

We've signed up for some field trips, swimming lessons and other group activities for February.

Check back in February as we come out of hibernation and start to have some fun!
